Since this version does not include an UEFI shell, I have extracted it from the
ports build and created a FAT16 image, booted from and entered the shell. WHAT
A PAIN:
Shell> mode

  Col   128 Row    40
  Col   160 Row    42
  Col   240 Row    56  *

My PuTTY window has 2181x1142 pixels.
