Confirmed: edk2-bhyve-202308 supports native PXE using virtio-net, will boot
windows via WDS and iVentoy (both handle the server side of PXE). Latest
release of 2025 edk2-bhyve removes PXE support and code/shims needed for
Windows Server 2008 / W7 support.
