Haswell appeared mid 2013, my CPU appeared 2010-03. That might be the answer.
Your CPU is from 2012-03. So even my newer servers won't be able to run 10, I
have to replace the hardware if needed. Maybe someone can confirm this. I am
also surprised that nothing is printed by the booter...
