The outputs show the first 256 bytes of nvd0 and nvme0n1 match. It might be worth checking a larger range (e.g. 1MB), but I'd expect that would match as well. Out of curiosity, on the host, what output do you get from: # nvmecontrol identify nvme0ns1 | grep "LBA Format" and on the guest: # nvme id-ns /dev/nvme0n1 | grep lba
