I have the same USB controller as you. I'm also using 13.0 and 13.1
RELEASES,but I'm using Bhyve patched by Corvin. Everything works great. As I
can see you have two graphic cards. The first one that u use for FreeBSD as
host OS and the secondary,that' an Nvidia card,that you want to pass thru (I
have the same configuration as you. But in my case on /etc/rc.conf I haven't
included this parameter :

kld_list="nvidia-modeset"

because on the BIOS I have selected the Intel integrated MOBO graphic chipset
as main iGPU. And on FreeBSD as host I haven't installed any Nvidia driver.
