Ok I tested the following byte limits

1024
2048
4096
40960
0 (unlimited)

In terms of reported cpu usage on proxmox graphs, 2048 and upwards are all the
same, also same with unlimited, so if proxmox even went a bit higher people
probably would not have noticed.

The peak usage reported inside the FreeBSD guest is higher on 2048 and vs 4096,
and likewise 4096 vs 40960 and unlimited. But they seem to average out the
same.

I will report this to proxmox.

Also even with unlimited, The idle system cpu usage is still about 3x vs
without virtio rng (0.3% vs 0.1%), so seems to be less efficient but does drop
to a level where most people wont notice it.
