patch to build ps4dshock driver with support for all 3 PS4 DualShock variants

This is ugly (lots of repetitive code), but builds a ps4dshock driver that
should work with all 3 PS4 DualShock variants. I tested with with a V1 (0x5c4)
PS4 DualShock controller.
