I suspect it is a clone.

It has no markings on the device such as brand, model, etc.  It has a pair
button which, I gather from you, that the genuine Jabra doesn't.  And, despite
the same USB vendor/model ids, it isn't recognized by jLink.  And it doesn't
work properly yet your genuine Jabra does.  So mine is likely a clone.

I'll give Jabra Direct a try on Windows in the next day or so and we'll see
what the results are with that.
