Recommendations for an USB ethernet adapter?

I'm on the market for a descent USB ethernet adapter to be used
on a FreeBSD laptop. Could anyone recommend one?

By descent I mean something that can sustain at least 500 Mb/s and
support 802.1q VLANs. I recently got an ure interface and I am extremely
disapointed by this product, it has no VLAN support [1] and does not pull more
than 45 Mb/s even when hooked to an xhci port.

BTW the observed bitrate looks suspiciously consistent with an high
speed interface, however it looks it has negociated super speed.

usbconfig:

ugen0.2: <Realtek USB 10/100/1000 LAN> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=SUPER (5.0Gbps) pwr=ON (72mA)

iperf3 report:

[ ID] Interval Transfer Bitrate Retr
[ 5] 0.00-10.00 sec 54.4 MBytes 45.6 Mbits/sec 556 sender
[ 5] 0.00-10.01 sec 54.2 MBytes 45.4 Mbits/sec receiver

[1] Despite it being advertised on the chip datasheet.
