Some systems that I have access to that can support
secure boot, allow me to remove, install, save
secure boot related keys from the UEFI UI: no need
for the EFI shell. (Not that these are EDK2 based.)
I recently did this for keys that are expiring in
the fairly near future.
So the "Chicken and egg" status seems to be specific
when no such UEFI UI way to deal with such is present.
That might be common for EDK2 based UEFI for all I
know.
