I am closing this bug as outdated. It was reported against FreeBSD 11.3-STABLE
and u-boot version 2019.10, both of which are long out of support. The Kconfig
whitelist build failure is version-specific. The u-boot ports have been updated
multiple times since, and there has been no activity in over 5 years.
