I can not tell. If you cannot replicate the problem, this submittal should probably be closed. One test could be analogous to what I did. But there are others . . . If you retry in your context and it fails, you likely should report every port that has been built or installed that was already in place at the start of your build. You might retry with fewer extra ports built and installed to see if it eventually starts working as things are eliminated. [Note: my edk2 test had more normal types of failures.
