patch for 2025.04 of u-boot

This patch applies to a recent ports tree with a u-boot-master port pulling
u-boot 2025.4.  This port builds on my machine and boots my images on the Zynq
based Arty-Z7.  Upstream isn't interested in adding this, I've asked.  Most of
the patches are small and straight forward.  The only large file is specific to
the Arty-Z7 board and can't be shared or reused from another board.  At this
point I'd just keep maintaining it for myself but I've now written 6 or more
articles for the FreeBSD Journal and others might be interested in building
u-boot too.  Seems silly to make them reinvent the wheel when they could just
build a port.
