More like: "if no one with the background knowledge required
has a interest in refreshing the u-boot code for that board".
(Most small arm boards have this status for FreeBSD.)

(Similar point for supporting more screens.)

Your submittal here may help you find willing help that
has the background knowledge required. But it seems
less likely than your list postings might have had for
a chance of finding such. (Fewer folks explore/read
bugzilla submittals.)

But, overall, absent finding someone with both the
background knowledge required and the interest in the
activity, you are stuck relative to FreeBSD support
for your targeted hardware, beyond what you have
been able to do on your own anyway.
