Hello u-boot on FreeBSD maintainer(s)

This is a first sketch to update u-boot-tools to the current release. I
found the tools-only_defconfig enables to mkeficapsule. mkeficapsule.c
has "#include <gnutls/gnutls.h>" in its source code. The version of u-
boot-tools we currently have (2020.07) does not even have
mkeficapsule.c. So my first idea is to just not enable that
make/compile option. Patch needs to be tested and probably made better.
But I am missing time to properly test it over a bunch of boxes (and
CPU ISA).
