I'm still unable to reproduce the issue on a fresh 13.2 install. I've used
Win10 Pro and following bhyve call:

bhyve -A -H -P -w -c 'cores=4' -m 4G -s 0:0,hostbridge -s 1:0,nvme,win10.raw -s
2:0,xhci,tablet -s '3:0,fbuf,tcp=0.0.0.0:6100' -l com1,stdio -l
bootrom,/usr/local/share/edk2-bhyve/BHYVE_UEFI.fd -o 'pci.0.31.0.device=lpc'
win10

From the attached log, the issue arises at:

OnRootBridgesConnected: root bridges have been connected, installing ACPI
tables
OnRootBridgesConnected: InstallAcpiTables: Not Found
