I'll note that HPS's changes were to FreeBSD and do not
contribute solutions to problems at earlier stages. So
I learn that the earlier stages (RPi* firmware,
U-boot.bin [or EDK2's code]) were not where most of the
failures were. (I'm unsure about if the FreeBSD EFI
loader got any changes, I've not gone back to look.)
