Alternative patch with no changes to firmware

This patch bypasses the requirement to upgrade the RPI firmware, by copying the
DTB for the RPI3b as stated by
https://waldorf.waveform.org.uk/2021/the-pi-zero-2.html

This has been tested to work on the PI Zero 2 W and RPI3b with no issues.
