Dear colleagues, Russian translation team has plans to restore Russian version of www.freebsd.org website (removed together with other languages without support in 2023). We invite all translation teams to join this initiative for your language’s sites. The idea to use Weblate with the same procedure as it works for documentation. Weblate really helps to track work in progress, find what needs to translate and most important — it shows changed and added texts in the original source — no manual work to make diffs. We expect, that it is possible to create additional project in the Weblate for website pages and look for support of the Doceng team. Also we internally use the perl script to convert existing adoc file to PO files that are ready for import into Weblate — to convert already existing versions of site to Weblate translations. If you are interested to use it, you can contact me. Best regards, Vladlen Popolitov Russian translation team.
