Access confirmed

Hi Edson!
 
Yes, I can access and edit translation.
 
Do I correctly understand  https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/fdp-primer/translations/#_i_am_the_only_person_working_on_translating_to_this_language_how_do_i_submit_my_translation  ,
that I should translate pages, download translations, prepare patches for FreeBSD source code (/documentation directory) 
and submit them through Bugzilla?
 Does weblate have other ways to sync documentation translations?
