New member looking to join es_ES

Hi all!

I'm Rodrigo and I'd like to join the spanish translation effort.
I just created an account on the Weblate platform but it
seems I can't save nor suggest anything.

I would like to start with the books/arch-handbook/driverbasics
section, although I'm open to suggestions—maybe start with
a shorter article?
