armv7 no longer gets official builds for port package
distribution. So fallout cannot be checked to see if
builds would be failing.

armv7 also gets no official release distributions for
installing into poudriere(-devel) jails.

The closest available official jail content related
to 14.* is the stable/14 artifact builds. So I'm
attempting a build of math/ceres-solver based on:

official14-armv7 14.3-STABLE 1404500 arm.armv7 freebsdci
2026-04-30 18:28:06 /usr/local/poudriere/jails/official14-armv7

that I happen to have around from the last few weeks
and a ports tree that I happen to have around as well.
No patches for forcing which compiler is used.

I've no clue how long the Windows Dev Kit 2023 will take
to do the build attempt.
