The official FreeBSD build server logs for 14.3 show
successful aarch64 builds, for example. There are
no fallout logs in modern times.

But only llvm16 vintage FreeBSD OS's were reported
to have the problem: llvm17 based ones worked at the
time.

devel/llvm16 based clang/clang++ could still have
the problem --but that would not be a Base System
issue.

Overcome By Events (as a Base System issue)?
