I've started a test build based on 15.1-BETA3. The reason is
an attempt building lang/gcc14 is made but fails under
15.0-RELEASE (fixed in stable/15 after 15.0-RELEASE). Also,
the recent lang/rust 1.96.0 was required in order for rust
to build for armv7. (1.95.0 fails by running out of TLS keys
during its 1.94.0 bootstrap use.)
The build will take over 8 hours for the 289 port packages.
