Note: I did not merge my usr.sbin/pmc/ notes about display.cc
and view.hh into the newer Example changes attachment. As things
may be fixed one by one, an attachment with a long list of files
with changes may not have been the best choice.

Also, it did not appear that I could make Mark Linimon's earlier
correction to my original attachment be Obsolete after my
removal of stringf.cc . I ended up just adding the adjusted
attachment and Mark Linimon would need to handle the change of
status of his original correction.
