No FreeBSD branch currently supports C++ modules. It's not clear how they
should be integrated into the build system and toolchain maintainers have not
had the bandwidth to figure it out. We should almost certainly do so, but it
hasn't happened yet.
Finding motivation to dig into module support is not helped by the fact that
it's unclear there is consensus in the C++ community that modules are good
idea.
