I don't think so. Current port version (3.7.1) builds fine for me without
USES+=llvm on all supported FreeBSD branches because they all seem to come with
Clang 19.1.5. Even FreeBSD 13.3, which is my i386 ports build jail, has Clang
17.0.6 already.
