aarch64 vs. armv7 system clang defaults: -target-abi aapcs (aarch64) vs. -target-abi aapcs-linux (armv7)?

FYI:

My understanding is the that aapcs-linux uses 32 bits for enums
and aapcs uses variable length for enums. For aapcs-linux I've
also seen references to "int-sized" instead.
