Adding Ed, as he may have a clue on this. It looks like part of lldb requires
part of clang to have been built, so maybe we added some logic later on in main
that disables lldb if clang is disabled?
In any case I think the quickest workaround is to add WITHOUT_LLDB= to the
make.conf file.
