while slow(no cpu.freq-support yet),
built succeeded after overwriting /usr/obj/....clang-tblgen + llvm-tblgen
with clang-tblgen + llvm-tblgen from /usr/bin/

I guess I'll leave the creation of a patch in the hands of you who are familiar
