So, instead of this being a system toolchain problem, this
is a problems of making various ports use a coherent (single)
tool chain so that they can work together.

It probably needs to be reclassified/resubmitted as a ports
issue instead of a Base System one.

I'll note that your ldd output also shows that:


ends up being in use when /usr/lib/libc++.so.1 and
/lib/libcxxrt.so.1 are involved. This may be another
source of points of incoherence. /lib/libgcc_s.so.1
would just have the problem against /usr/local/lib/gcc11/*
materials that are involved. It is the mixing that
needs to be avoided.
