I'm on FreeBSD 12.3-STABLE r371538.

During upgrading TeXLive from 2015 to 2021 version I was not able to upgrade
print/tex-formats ports, so other installed tex- ports (I compile and install
via ports) are useless for me, I do not have pdflatex, for example.

Now I have installed (upgraded):

May be I missed some dependency to upgrade or something? Because on the other
machine I managed to upgrade tex-formats somehow.
