The 'sys/net/if_geneve:ether_ipv6_blind_options' test fails intermittently in
CI (see attached kyua test report for amd64 and URL for riscv64).

This is locally reproducible with Bricoler with this command (needs 200+ runs
to trigger flaky test):

bricoler freebsd-regression-test-suite --freebsd-src-git-checkout/url=/usr/src
--freebsd-src-git-checkout/branch= --freebsd-regression-test-suite/count=200
--freebsd-regression-test-suite/tests='sys/net/if_geneve:ether_ipv6_blind_options'
