            Bug ID: 299027
           Summary: Codify "fails in CI" API with atf/kyua
           Product: Base System
           Version: Unspecified
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: tests
          Assignee: testing@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: ngie@FreeBSD.org

Right now there are several similar patterns around the tree like so:
```
 81         if [ "$(atf_config_get ci false)" = "true" ] && \
 82                 [ "$(uname -p)" = "i386" ]; then
 83                 atf_skip "https://bugs.freebsd.org/249055"
 84         fi
```
Having a way to easily specify conditions where a test should be skipped [when
in CI] would be good to have: it makes it easier to track which items need
addressing and makes it easier to skip items that fail [semi-]consistently in
CI.
