[Bug 294817] sys/netinet/carp:unicast_v4 fails intermittently

To be more explicit, when the test fails, I see that:
- carp_uni_v4_two is the carp master, and
- carp_uni_v4_one's default route points at carp_uni_v4_three
If the default route instead points at the carp master, then the test passes.
