With this build, the netgraph test suite was activated for this architecture
for the first time: https://ci.freebsd.org/job/FreeBSD-main-riscv64-test/14974/

The netgraph/hub:loop test fails since then. It seems to had never worked on
the RISC architecture.

Do we have somebody with RISC experience, who is able to investigate this
issue?
