This is the first port I have seen this error.
Other ports build fine.

I am building on riscv.
FreeBSD clang version 19.1.7 (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project.git
llvmorg-19.1.7-0-gcd708029e0b2)
Target: riscv64-unknown-freebsd15.0

why does configure look at:
eval: /nxb-bin/usr/bin/cc: not found

Does that mean it configure is expecting cross-compile not native?
