lang/tcl86: failed to copy type of 'pr_uid'

Hello,

I posted about this error to the ports list last week, but there have
been no replies:

I'm trying to build lang/tcl86 and getting this error:

*** Error code 1

I get the same error with the option 'MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE=yes'.

# uname -a
FreeBSD buffo.3dresearch.com 13.1-STABLE FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE #0 7b9d8e33b: Tue Apr  5 14:33:29 EDT 2022     root@buffo.3dresearch.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/amd64.amd64/sys/BUFFO2022040501 amd64

The ports tree is updated.

Would you please advise?
