We install man pages with a tcl86 suffix to avoid conflicts with the other
versions of Tcl available in ports, namely tcl85 and tcl87.  See how the
manpage you link to is "zlib.tcl86" instead of being plain "zlib". We should
probably patch the man pages so references in the "SEE ALSO" section take the
suffix into account. I am not sure how automatizable that would be. I might
take a look at some point.
