Triage: should 15.0-CURRENT be 16.0-CURRENT?

BETA3 works for me, consistently. 

The Firmware option (pictured): 

1. presents bsdconfig for a split second

2. FreeBSD Firmware Installation appears with a 
   five-second countdown, 

> No firmware to Install, continuing...

3. Final Configuration reappears with Finish as the default.

UX: it is easy to mistakenly (prematurely) finish _without_ keying Enter or
Return whilst Finish is selected.
