dmesg and ifconfig bge0 of 14.2 and 14.3

I use WOL to power on servers on my LAN, but after upgrading to 14.3, WOL
working only after unplugging the power cables and reconnecting them.

The servers are HP DL360 Gen9 & Gen10, and in both, WOL does not work after the
update.

To be safe, I made a USB stick with the 14.2 live version, and every time I
powered off the servers, I was able to power them back on with WOL. However,
when I loaded 14.3, WOL stopped working.

I attached the dmesg and ifconfig bge0 of 14.2 and 14.3 on the same hardware.
