Short-term. For fun. Not a recommendation to mix things -- the pkgbase 
major upgrade from 15 to 16 was, primarily, to test a workaround for the 
segfault in issue 2475, <github.com/freebsd/pkg/issues/2475> | 
<https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=287738#c22>.
