Hello,

tonight the server goes into reboot by itself. zpool status shoved

$ sudo zpool status -xv
   pool: system
  state: ONLINE
status: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data
	corruption.  Applications may be affected.
action: Restore the file in question if possible. Otherwise restore the
	entire pool from backup.
    see: https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/msg/ZFS-8000-8A
config:

	NAME        STATE     READ WRITE CKSUM
	system      ONLINE       0     0     0
	  mirror-0  ONLINE       0     0     0
	    ada0p3  ONLINE       0     0     0
	    ada1p3  ONLINE       0     0     0

errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:

         //var/db/mysql/xxx/xxx.ibd

Every attempt to remove the file manually make system instantly panic with:

panic: panic(Solaric): zfs: adding existent segment to range tree
(offset=address size=9000)

Please see attached screenshot, it's low-quality, but that's all what
was given to me. Is this an existing problem and if yes what steps
should I take to overcome this?
