The group _sndio was created by the installation of the package. You can 
check it by grep

% grep _snd /etc/group
_sndio:*:702:

or pw

% pw groupshow _sndio
_sndio:*:702:

The user nad group is used by sndio daemon.

You should enable the service and start the service.

    service sndiod enable
    service sndiod start
