bhyve guest vm vCPU=4 vRAM=16GB vdisk=64GB. swap (MBR) is 3GB. ufs2.
Nothing to indicate low resources in /var/log/messages in the guest.

The bhyve host has xeon E5-2690 (hw.ncpu=32) on supermicro X9DRE-TF+
with 384GB RAM running recent 14-stable. Both were at less than 1.00 load
during upgrade.
