stable/13 installworld race for /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 ? ( updating to stable/13-n247017-fb886a18a0eb based )

While attempting an installworld -j32 to install:

# uname -apKU
FreeBSD amd64_ZFS 13.0-STABLE FreeBSD 13.0-STABLE #2 stable/13-n247017-fb886a18a0eb-dirty: Mon Aug 30 12:32:55 PDT 2021 root@amd64_ZFS:/usr/obj/BUILDs/13S-amd64-nodbg-clang/usr/13S-src/amd64.amd64/sys/GENERIC-NODBG amd64 amd64 1300514 1300514

as an update from:

FreeBSD 13.0-STABLE #0 stable/13-n246122-a5b5a24d1abe-dirty

I got:

--- realinstall_subdir_libexec ---
install -o root -g wheel -m 555 -C -b -fschg -S ld-elf.so.1 /libexec/ld-elf.so.1
. . .
--- installdirs-testsDATA_FILESDIR ---
installing DIRS testsDATA_FILESDIR
install -d -m 0755 -o root -g wheel /usr/tests/lib/libc/regex/data
--- realinstall_subdir_lib/libc/tests/setjmp ---
ELF interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 not found, error 13
ELF interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 not found, error 13
. . .
make[4]: stopped in /usr/13S-src/lib

make[3]: stopped in /usr/13S-src

. . .

(Note: no other error reports were present prior to the "stopped" messages.)

A simple retry of the installworld worked fine.

Some form of installworld race? Is using the likes of -j32 intended to work
for such? (This may just be evidence that the old install -S issue is still
present in stable/13 .)
