I am closing this bug because the rdoc generation failure during lang/ruby32
installation was reported by a single user with no reproduction by others. Ruby
3.2 has been superseded by Ruby 3.3 in the ports tree. The LoadError (cannot
load pathname) suggests an environment-specific issue. No patch, no response,
no activity for 2 years.
