I am closing this bug as outdated. The deprecated class usage was reported in
December 2019 against an old version of rubygem-octokit. The Ruby gem ecosystem
has evolved significantly since then, and the octokit gem has had many
releases. Single participant, no patch, no activity in over 6 years.
