I am closing this bug as fixed. The File.exists? to File.exist? fix was
committed by tcberner@FreeBSD.org (commit 32a6b38c233, 2024-03-24) and
confirmed working by multiple users in portupgrade 2.4.16_3,2. The Ruby 3.2
compatibility issue is resolved.
