Please make good on your promise and enable COMPAT11 for FreeBSD 15 so you can
build and run Rust programs without having to build a custom kernel.

While I appreciate jrtc27's work to make Rust work without this, it's clearly
not quite there yet.  We should have working software first, make things nice
second.
